Khroma Kardazzle 'Kim' Palette

Hmm, how do I put this? I am not a fan of the Kardashians, I have nothing against them but I have nothing 'for' them either if you know what I mean, I just don't really care about them, but then again I don't really care for any reality shows except the good auld 'Tallafornia' of course (ahem!).  So when I heard they were coming out with a new make-up line called Khroma Beauty, it is safe to say that I was not jumping up and down with excitement, but instead went a bit 'meh' at the news.

I was recently contacted by Cloud10Beauty.com and was asked if I wanted to review any of the Khroma products from their pre-launch collection and as a good beauty blogger that I am (ahem again!), I was happy to oblige, and the product I chose was the 'Kim' Kardazzle palette.

This might look like a big palette in the photos, but it's actually a teeny tiny sized one which by all means makes it perfect for travelling. Snake skin/print is cute for some, but for me it's actually the
ONE print I really cannot stand, but to be honest that's just a small detail that I don't
mind at all.

TOP LEVEL:  EYESHADOWS

The top row eyeshadows are all matte, while the bottom ones are all shimmery/frosty. These are very pigmented, absolutely crazy pigmented especially for the price of the palette (€16.95 on cloud10beauty.com). They are really easy to work with, blend beautifully and while the Kim palette
comprises of really strong shades, another positive thing I noticed about them is that they cause little to no fallout upon application, which is insane really if you ask me.  The shades are really well put together in the palettes (not just this particular one, but the other two in the range look pretty amazing too) and the formula itself lasts a fair deal on the eyelids on a good base, but aren't in fact as long lasting as
a higher end brand eyeshadow would be.

BOTTOM LEVEL: FACE POWDERS

The face powders are basically a blusher, highlighter and a bronzer in one, which again are really pigmented and the shades are lovely if you ask me. I'm all for pink blushers therefore I particularly like this from the palette, but the powder highlighter is very nice too.  The bronzer however is not really a bronzer as such in my opinion, at least it does nothing for my own skin tone. I do however believe this to
be rather a great shader for really fair, porcelain complexions. That being said, this is not a completely matte formula, but instead has tiny flexes of glitter running through it, but they're not noticeable once applied.

Overall, this palette is fantastic for the price and I'm very impressed with it despite being very sceptical about it at the beginning. I do have to hand it to them for coming out with decent quality palettes which are decently priced and I would be happy to try out some other products from the brand in the future.

Khroma Beauty is available online at www.cloud10beauty.com .

Right, I haven't been bothered by these palettes at all until now - that look you did is UNREAL. Your eyes look amazing! I did not think those Kardashians would be able to produce anything nearly as pigmented and beautiful as that. Amaze!

Your eye make up does look beautiful! Love the highlight on the inner corner and the shape you've created. I can't seem to master that at all, I always have problems with the outer corner.

I'm not really a fan of the Kardashians either, but the shadows look and sound great! Love the whole look you created. So pretty! x

@Nat - Hi lovie, thank you so much, your comments always put a smile on my face :). I'm not really that awesome with shaping either, I just guess that practice pays off for me. Plus I really know my eye shape well - been wearing make-up since I was 15 y.o. so it would be a crime not to at this stage ;) xx
